The gourmand night, The “Aligot” night

With local produce and a passionate 'aligot chef', the site's 'aligot' evening is a culinary heritage event not to be missed.

Right in front of you, the aligot chef, down from the Aubrac, prepares 'aligot-saucisse'; a regional speciality with mashed potato, garlic, tome de l'Aubrac cheese, and sausage grilled over a wood fire.
You can enjoy this signature dish of the region on your pitch and even at the snack bar.
